Registration

Registration is completed when the following have been received:

• A completed student registration form

• Signed studio policies and agreements

• The first tuition payment

Lesson times are not reserved until registration and payment are complete.

Tuition and Payments

Tuition is charged weekly (on Sundays), and reserves the student’s recurring lesson time. Payment is due before the first lesson of each billing period.

Invoices will be sent electronically and may be paid using the approved online payment methods. A late fee may be added to payments received after the due date. Lessons may be paused if an account remains unpaid.

Tuition is based on enrollment in the program and not on the number of lessons attended. No refunds or credits will be issued for student absences.

Payment Authorization

By registering, the account holder authorizes Castle Music Studio to charge the payment method on file for:

• Scheduled tuition payments

• Approved registration or material fees

• Applicable late or returned-payment fees

If a payment is declined, the account holder must update the payment method promptly. The student’s lessons and reserved time may be paused or released until the balance is paid.
